What we can help with
- Corrections. If a guide is inaccurate or out of date, tell us what you found and we will review it.
- Editorial and press enquiries. Questions about how we write, fund and disclose our content.
- Advertising and partnerships. Proposals from software vendors and networks.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Legal notices. Trademark, copyright or other formal correspondence.
What we cannot help with
We are a publisher, not a software vendor and not a repair service. We cannot troubleshoot your computer, and we have no access to any account, licence, order or refund relating to software you downloaded through a link on this site.
Downloaded PC Cleaner and need help? That product is made by PC HelpSoft, and their support desk is the right place to go — they can see your order and licence, and we cannot.

Response times
Written enquiries are normally answered within two business days. Privacy requests are handled within the period required by the applicable law, and in any case no later than thirty days from receipt. Telephone calls outside US business hours will not be answered live — email is more reliable.
Writing to us by post
Formal notices can be sent to Digital Calvoria LLC, 100 E Penn Square, Suite 400, Philadelphia, PA 19107, United States. Please include an email address if you would like a reply, since postal correspondence is slower to process.
